	John Waiveris Resume - September 2008 www.waiveris.com johnw@waiveris.com I am a senior level programmer with 14 years of professional experience primarily in developing websites, internet applications, and distance learning software. Early in 2001 I started Invisible Gold, LLC which sells an easy to use content management system used by 250+ companies.
	Director SyncAgent This was one of my first projects working in England. A SyncAgent is a piece of code that integrates an authoring tool and LearnLinc. For this project I wrote a local server that would interact with LearnLinc, and a small library of code for the Director author. Working in the remote office offered the new challenge that I had to set up a small network of computers, and test my code thoroughly on 3 different operating systems. For the release I wrote documentation, and provided 3 sample Director movies that showed different features of content running inside LearnLinc.
