Well, it's done. I bought a car. Somehow I stumbled across an online ad for a 2001 Honda Insight with 116 kmi. The test drive was bad. I stalled it a few times. It felt REALLY underpowered...and well, I just didn't get it.
On the other hand, it seemed like a good bargain - $6000. AND, my friend Eli seemed to like it. I took a leap of faith and bought.
NOTE: I get the impression that I will have to do my own work on this car. The dealer had just replaced the 12V battery and changed the oil. It came back with a suggested repair of a new oil pan and catalytic converter.
